Who Can Use Strands?
EVERYONE can use Strands to correct their hair loss! Both women & men of ALL hair types & races/ethnicities! They key to success with Strands is CONSISTENCY & AFTER CARE.
I have health problems; can I still use Strands?
The health and safety of our clients is our TOP priority! Consult your personal physician before use if being treated for ANY medical condition AND discontinue use if ANY irritation occurs. Refrain from use altogether if you are pregnant, nursing or while wearing / utilizing ANY electronic lifesaving device (i.e. pacemaker). Serum should not be administered via injection. Administer topically or via provided device only once every 7 days.

I have alopecia; can I use Strands?
Absolutely, many of our clients suffer from alopecia, including terrible cases CCCA, and they are seeing total transformations! Depending on the condition of your scalp and hair follicles, growth may take a little longer to become visible and hair may fill in a bit more slowly, but we generally see amazing results, even with alopecia!
How long before I see results
Since everyone’s hair, and growth cycles, are different, unfortunately, this isn’t something we can predict with certainty and we never want to mislead or misinform our clients. What we can say with absolute certainty is that we have yet to have a client notify us of a lack of results after using our collection regularly and following our after care instructions. �� Most clients begin seeing small noticeable changes to the treated area(s) within 1-2 treatments and VERY NOTICEABLE changes to the area within 4-6 treatments. The exception are those who, knowingly or unknowingly, have some sort of permanent damage to the follicles/scalp. The key to success with this treatment is following all instructions and maintaining proper after care.
Do I have to remove my weave/extensions/braids etc
That will depend on the area you intend to treat. Our Strands Pro device must definitely make contact with the scalp of the area being treated in order for you to see the results you are looking for. Many of our clients choose a more flexible protective style while undergoing treatment. Their transformations have been well worth the adjustment!
I have very fine hair; can I use Strands?
Absolutely! Use the device, growth serum and daily after care tonic as directed. Use of the crème souffle scalp stimulator is a personal decision. If crème moisturizer isn’t something you’d generally use as a part of your hair care routine, it should be omitted. Nevertheless, keep in mind that our scalp stimulating moisturizer is a vital component of the Strands Hair Loss Correction Collection and does increase results.
